Aislinn M. Koch is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and practices a variety of family law matters.
Aislinn received her B.F.A. in Dance, Performance, and Choreography and B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University in 2014. She then went on to procure her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. While pursuing her law degree, Aislinn was a member of the Civil Litigation Clinic and the Legislative Law Journal, where her note Spoiler Alert!: How Posting Predictive Spoilers about Television Shows is Copyright Infringement was published.
Before joining Ziegler, Resnick & Epstein, Aislinn first practiced family law as an Associate at Sherwood & Johnson and then at Shapiro, Croland, Reiser, Apfel & Di Iorio, LLP. She had the distinguished honor of clerking for the Honorable Terry Paul Bottinelli, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Family Part. During her clerkship, Aislinn became a certified court mediator and conducted mediations for family disputes, small claims, and landlord-tenant matters.
Aislinn is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and the Barry I. Croland Family Law American Inn of Court.
